“deschooling” is a new collaborative learning project I’ve started. With all the talk of Occupy Wall Street and one of their big concerns being the cost of education, we’re doing an experiment to see if education can be made free. In the spirit of Ivan Illich’s book, “Deschooling Society” we hope to prove that professionals sharing their knowledge for free in an informal, deinstitutionalized way can be beneficial for everybody (including them).
